In-vivo Efficacy

One of Draconis Pharma strengths relies on the extensive use of unique specific models of a wide array of human diseases within the inflammatory, autoimmune, allergy and pain areas. These models help select those compounds that have the best chance of clinical and commercial success.

Once proof-of-activity has been determined on cell-based assays, the next step is to obtain proof-of-principlr of efficacy in animal models.

´╗┐Draconis Pharma has expertise in different therapeutic areas such as inflammation, autoimmunity, allergy and pain. Thus, we are currently performing a number of animal models reproducing human pathologies or inflammatory processes.
